A forward-thinking college in West Cumbria is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Lecturer to join their dedicated team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role

You will deliver engaging and practical teaching to learners across Levels 1-3, combining both workshop-based training and classroom theory sessions. This is a fantastic opportunity to pass on your industry knowledge and help shape the future workforce.

No prior teaching experience? No problem. The college is committed to supporting the right candidate through fully funded teacher training qualifications, ensuring you develop the skills needed to succeed in the classroom.

What We're Looking For

Essential: NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering

Industry experience within mechanical engineering

Passion for supporting and developing learners

Strong communication and organisational skills
