On behalf of our Sheffield based client we are currently recruiting for a Panel Wirer on an ongoing temporary basis (long term).

Hours: 37.5 Hours per week Mon-Fri. O/T possible on Saturdays

Pay: c£16.00- £17.00 per hour

The job:

Assembly of electrical switch gear and related equipment
Reading and following engineering drawings and production notes
Maintain high-quality standards
Working from technical drawings, schematics, and manuals to ensure accurate assembly.
Maintain a clean, safe working environment while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Support other team members, share expertise and best practice.
Report any malfunctioning, or defective parts.This is not an exhaustive list. Other duties may be included at the discretion of the department manager.

You:

Good knowledge and technical skills in wiring and assembling electrical panels.
Ability to read, interpret and follow schematic diagrams accurately.
Knowledge of Electrical systems
An understanding of electrical regulations such as 18th Edition
Experience in electrical manufacturing or similar
