Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and driven Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support a prestigious new care home project in Bath.

The Role:

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you'll support the project team in managing all aspects of cost and contract management throughout the construction lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting in the preparation of cost plans, estimates, and tender documents

Supporting the management of subcontractor packages and procurement

*

Monitoring project budgets, valuations, and cost reporting

*

Ensuring accurate and timely submissions of valuations and final accounts

*

Working closely with site and commercial teams to ensure project delivery within budget

What We're Looking For:

*

Degree-qualified (or working towards) in Quantity Surveying or a related field

*

Previous experience in a construction or surveying role (placement experience considered)

*

Strong numerical and analytical skills

*

Excellent communication and teamwork

*

Ambition to grow into a fully qualified Quantity Surveyor role
