Nursery Manager
Location: Chertsey, Surrey
 
Are you a dedicated early years professional with leadership experience and a passion for inclusive, child-centred care?
 
We're looking for an experienced Nursery Manager to join one of our nurseries in the Chertsey area on a 12-month fixed-term contract from 1st September 2025 to 31st August 2026. This term-time only role offers 36 hours per week and is ideal for someone who values collaborative practice and inclusive leadership.
 
As Nursery Manager, you'll oversee the daily running of the Nursery setting, guide a team of skilled practitioners, and ensure high-quality learning and care in line with EYFS. You'll also take responsibility for managing the service's budget and contribute to strategic planning with senior leaders.

What you'll need as the Nursery Manager:

Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5+ desirable)
Proven experience leading a nursery or early years team
Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and SEND frameworks
Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills
An enhanced DBS Check
