We are currently seeking a Clerical Assistant to join our clients team in Placentia. The company is a well established Financial and Real Estate Services company with a fantastic work environment. The daily tasks of this position involve performing clerical and administrative functions including scanning documents and occasional data entry.
- Scanning and emailing financial documents
- Organizing files and documents
- Following up on missing documents.
- Data Entry
- Previous experience in an office as a clerical assistant
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Microsoft Word and computer skills experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
This is a temp to hire position with an hourly pay rate of $15 per hour.
