Job Duties:
- Lead and manage complex IT projects related to pension and provident systems
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate project resources and activities
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders
- Risk management and issue resolution
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
- Provide guidance and support to project team members
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the IT industry
- Experience working on pension and provident projects
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
Education:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management
Knowledge and Skills:
- Knowledge of pension and provident systems
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
