Ensure statutory compliance with asbestos and lift safety legislation, regulations, and internal policies across the housing stock.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date asbestos registers and lifting equipment asset records, including all relevant dates and activity logs.

Coordinate asbestos surveys arising from various operational workflows and ensure timely completion of recommendations.

Manage and oversee asbestos removal and remedial works in collaboration with approved contractors.
