The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions that support enterprise portfolio management, demand management, project management, and resource planning within the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop ServiceNow applications and modules, with a focus on SPM.
Implement workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems as needed.
Maintain and enhance existing SPM configurations and functionalities.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SPM-related issues.
Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Create and maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes.Skills:

Experience of SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) implementation
5+ years experience developing on ServiceNow
Experience of at least 1 implementation of SPM
Experience with analysing and understanding complex, custom ServiceNow environments
Experience running technical workshops, creating technical designs and recommending solutions aligned to ServiceNow best practice SPM implementation
