Commercial Heating Engineer, £18.50-£22.00 per hour , West Scotland, Temp-to-Perm + Overtime Available

Are you a qualified Heating Engineer with experience in commercial systems? A leading building services contractor is looking for a skilled professional to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis, working across multiple commercial properties throughout West Scotland.

This role offers stable weekday hours, hands-on work in boiler rooms and plant environments, and the opportunity to become a permanent team member with regular paid overtime available.

Key Responsibilities of the Heating Engineer:

* Install, repair, and maintain commercial heating and hot water systems

* Carry out pipework modifications and mechanical installations in boiler houses

* Travel to customer sites to complete scheduled maintenance and planned works

* Follow all health & safety procedures and ensure compliance with site regulations

* Maintain clear communication with colleagues and site managers to deliver top-quality results

Ideal Candidate Profile:

* Hands-on experience in commercial heating, plant room, or boiler house settings

* Holds a valid CSCS card

* Full UK Driving Licence (preferred due to mobile nature of the work)

* Certifications such as IPAF and PASMA are a plus

* Gas Safe registration is advantageous but not required
