Join Our Team as a Slip House Operative***

We're looking for a dedicated, experienced and detail-oriented Slip House Operative to join our clients vibrant team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in the production process within the ceramics industry.

What We Offer:

Hourly Rate: £12.24PH
Contract Type: Temporary ongoing position
Working Pattern: Full Time. Monday-Thursday 5:00AM-1:00PM and Friday 5:00AM-12 NOON.
Location: Fenton Your Role:
As a Slip House Operative, you will be at the heart of our production process. Your keen eye for detail will ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality. Here's what you can expect:

Preparing and processing slips for production- Weighing out of raw materials
Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
Monitoring the slip, ensuring quality of materials used and making necessary adjustments
Maintaining a clean and organised work space and ensure equipment is working properly
Collaborating with team members to meet production targets
Conducting quality checks and reporting any issues- Testing slip before use What You Bring:

A strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a physical role
A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
The ability to work efficiently alone or in a team environment
Previous slip house experience is essential
