About the Music Teacher Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Music Teacher to join our dedicated team. The successful Music Teacher will have the opportunity to teach Music across Key Stages 3 and 4, inspiring students of all abilities and nurturing their musical potential.

What you'll do as a Music Teacher:

* Deliver engaging and innovative Music lessons that cater to a range of learning styles and musical interests.

* Create a dynamic and supportive learning environment where students feel confident to express themselves musically.

* Teach a variety of musical instruments and vocal techniques.

* Lead and direct school choirs and instrumental ensembles.

* Organised and participate in school concerts and musical productions.

* Assess and monitor student progress in Music, providing constructive feedback and support.

* Contribute to the development of the Music curriculum and departmental resources.

* Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and ensure the highest standards of Music teaching.

What you'll need to be a successful Music Teacher:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

* A degree in Music or a related field.

* Experience teaching Music at the secondary level.

* A strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum for Music.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* A passion for Music and a commitment to inspiring students.
