HR Advisor Temp to perm Up to £20.50 per hour Derby - On site Full Time - 4.5 day week My client who are based in Derby are looking for an experienced and self-motivated HR Advisor to join the team, reporting into & support the HR Business Partner on a day to day basis. This is a generalist opportunity where no two days will be the same, supporting just over 200 headcount. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in some super exciting projects. Initially you will start on a temporary basis, with very high hopes of going permanent within the first 6 months. Working full time on-site, you will work Monday to Friday but with a super early finish on one of the days. My client is looking to attract a HR professional with a proactive approach - instead of being 2 steps ahead, they want someone who can be 4-5 steps ahead at all times. You will need a strong generalist HR skillset, as well as previous experience working at Advisor level.
