About the Role:
You'll provide expert technical support across all level and pressure measurement products, with a strong focus on digital and wireless solutions, including IIoT and visualization software. This role involves customer support, training, and collaboration with internal teams and third-party digital solution providers.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver technical and digital solutions support to customers and colleagues

Manage enquiries via phone, email, and written reports

*

Keep current with emerging technologies and identify opportunities

*

Provide training and presentations on the companies products and digital solutions

*

Support the Technical Manager and cover during absences

What We're Looking For:

*

Engineering or science qualification or relevant experience

*

Knowledge/experience with digital solutions, IT networks, and software

*

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

*

Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently and in teams

*

Proficient in Microsoft Office

*

Ability to work to BS EN ISO 9001:2015 standards
