Deputy Nursery Manager

Seeking a Deputy Nursery Manager ideally someone with previous supervisory, Room Leader or Managerial experience.

Ideally someone that holds a Ba degree such as BA in Early Childhood Studies or has QTS, Qualified Teaching Status . Or alternatiely Level 3 qualification CACHE, NVQ , BTEC and is passionate about working with children.

Starting salary: £33,000- £35,000pa + excellent further training and career progression opportunities, paid holidays.

Job Description:

Duties and responsibilities include supervising early years practitictions and nursery assistants, working with babies , toddlers and children. Overseeing planning and implementing creative and learning activities for children in line with the EYFS , Early Years Foundation Stages. Interactoing with parents and show rounds, ensuring safety and well being of children at all times, following and overseeing safeguarding policies and procedures are being implemented, working alongside Nursery Manager in the overall running of the establishment.
