Our client, a leader in its industry is seeking a Management Accountant to join their finance team. This is a commercially focused finance role, supporting the delivery of financial insight, process improvements, and business performance across a contracts-driven operation.

?? Location: Birmingham ?? Position: Management Accountant?? Full-Time: Permanent?? Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 per annum

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and consolidated reporting

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow processes

• Analyse key financial performance indicators and highlight trends and opportunities

• Provide financial insight to operational and commercial teams to support decision-making

• Monitor costs, manage overhead budgets, and identify efficiency improvements

Key essentials:

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)

• Ability to analyse and interpret financial information

• Excellent communication
