Pay: £16.00 per hour (Inclusive of Holiday pay)
Job Type: 4 days minimum per week
About the Role:
As an LSA, you’ll provide tailored 1:1 or small group support to pupils with SEND, helping them access learning and promoting inclusion.
You’ll work closely with the SENCO and teaching staff to implement learning plans and support pupils’ academic, emotional, and social development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 or small group support for pupils with SEND, ensuring safety and access to learning.
- Assist with the implementation of EHCPs, Individual Learning Plans, and Behaviour Management Plans.
- Encourage pupil interaction, independence, and engagement in classroom activities.
- Foster positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
- Attend meetings, training, and contribute to pupil reviews.
