THE ROLE

• Delivering high-end fine dining service to senior clients and VIP guests
• Supporting exclusive hospitality events and corporate functions
• Preparing dining areas to impeccable fine dining standards
• Delivering seamless, professional table service with attention to detail
• Anticipating guest needs and ensuring exceptional service throughout
• Working closely with chefs and hospitality teams to deliver flawless service
• Maintaining excellent menu knowledge and service standards
• Ensuring all service areas remain polished and professional at all times

ABOUT YOU

• Previous fine dining or high-end hospitality experience — essential
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Professional, polished and confident approach
• Strong attention to detail and service standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Calm, composed and professional in high-end environments
• A team player with a proactive and positive attitude
• Impeccable personal presentation and professionalism
