Based on Front of House you will embody the mission of the business to “Get Closer”. You’ll offer a superb Reception service, relying on your relationship building skills  and first class customer service to ensure every visitor ha a memorable experience.

You’ll be an ambassador for all visitors, deliver 6 star service, welcome and assist all employees, answer phones warmly and helpfully, fielding calls as you go. You’ll manage deliveries, organise couriers, order food for hospitality, assist HR by booking company wide training/meeting sessions and be part of the Coordination team providing support to HR, Finance and Ops.
