As a Quality Supervisor your responsibilities will include, though will not be limited to:

Assisting the Quality Manager in delivering the development of quality practices throughout the company.
Undertaking Quality Control release of materials.
Releasing finished products.
Building new products, collecting the needed documents, and arrange their approval.
Working with the managers to resolve issues and put preventative actions into place.
Reviewing policies and procedures, processes, and implementing improvements.
Controlling and managing quality system documents.
Working towards increasing the shelf-life of finished products, under the guidance of the Quality Director.
Investigating new product opportunities.To be successful in this role, you should be able to demonstrate:

At least 3 years post-qualification relevant GMP Experience
Experience using GxP Quality Management Systems
An ability to manage and supervise others
Strong, up to date, knowledge of Aseptic Processes/Quality Release of Products
A supportive nature - and good team-playing mentality
Being capable of working towards KPIs
Excellent communication skills
