Are you passionate about finding top talent that makes a real difference in people's lives? We're looking for a proactive and driven Internal Recruitment Consultant to join our People & Talent team, specialising in social care recruitment.

The Role:

As an Internal Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a vital role in sourcing, attracting, and securing exceptional candidates for a variety of social care roles across the organisation. You'll be the bridge between hiring managers and the wider talent pool, ensuring a seamless and positive recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for social care roles (e.g. support workers, team leaders, care coordinators).

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and advise on best hiring practices.

  • Create and post engaging job adverts across multiple platforms.

  • Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, CV databases, and networking.

  • Screen CVs, conduct pre-interviews, and schedule interviews.

  • Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS and ensure compliance with safer recruitment practices.

  • Represent the company at careers events, job fairs, and sector-specific networking events.

  • Continuously improve the recruitment process through feedback and data-driven insights.

What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience in recruitment (in-house or agency); experience in social care recruitment highly desirable.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • A proactive mindset with a passion for people and recruitment.
