The successful Quantity Surveyor will be offered:

• Up to £60,000 basic salary - depending on experience 
• Car Allowance or Company Car
• Parking

Requirements for this position:

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Experience in Cost control and management
• Pricing and estimating
• Paying Subcontractors
• Negotiating with suppliers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site and with team members

Key Quantity Surveyor responsibilities and duties include:

• Preparing and managing cost estimates, budgets, and financial control.
• Monitoring project costs and ensuring financial targets are met.
• Conducting tender evaluations and site measurements.
• Collaborating with project managers and clients to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Managing contractual documents and procurement processes.
• Providing advice on commercial issues and risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental standards.
