We are looking for a personable, positive, energetic and professional individual that is looking for an opportunity to break into a Sales/Business Development role within the Network Connectivity industry.

Base salary of £18,000 - £20,000 plus uncapped commission upon successful completion of the programme - Fantastic earning potential

The successful candidate will initially work alongside the Sales Support team to learn our industry, clients, products, and the business. This will include administration tasks, quoting clients, processing sales orders, supporting customer service requirements and answering inbound calls.

* A clear and well-spoken telephone manner

* Attention to detail.

* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office

Sales and business development training is provided by the Managing Director with a view to progressing into a full Business Development Executive role.

Once trained, you will have the freedom to demonstrate your creativity and hunger in the following activities:

* Prospecting new clients

* Developing relationships

* Managing your existing accounts

* Contributing to marketing campaigns

* Developing new product lines and offerings

* Creating and submitting business proposals

* Taking the lead on conference calls and presentations for new business

* Running promotional campaigns Responsibilities

* Meet minimum daily outbound call targets

* Hit monthly sales revenue and margin targets

* Manage and share weekly/monthly sales pipeline documents to management

* Maintain the CRM system, ensuring client details and sale opportunities are accurate
