An exciting opportunity is now available for a Team Assistant to join a busy financial services company based in the City of London, close to Bank Station.
You will be providing Team Assistant support to senior management staff located within the marketing team. This is a permanent position paying between £18,000 - £22,000 depending on experience.
In order to be successful in this role you must have excellent organisation and time management skills.
-Organising company events
-Busy diary management
-Ordering office supplies
-General office duties including filing, printing
-Organising couriers and post distribution
-Previous office experience is preferable
-Strong organisational skills
-Excellent time management skills
-Ability to multi task
-Excellent attention to detail
-Strong communication skills, both oral and written
-Competent in the use of standard Microsoft packages
