The Role
You'll be working on significant projects from pre-construction through to final accounts, ensuring robust cost control, accurate forecasting, and value optimisation. Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders, you will bring a strong commercial edge to project delivery while maintaining high standards of compliance and governance.

Key Responsibilities

Managing all aspects of the commercial function on large-scale projects (£20m+)

Leading on procurement, subcontractor management, and contract administration

Preparing cost plans, valuations, variations, and final accounts

Advising on risk management and mitigation strategies

Mentoring and developing junior commercial staff

About You

*

Degree qualified (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline

Proven track record in delivering high-value construction projects

Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills

Solid understanding of NEC contracts
