Our Client, a top tier national contractor have a very healthy order book for 2023 and are currently undergoing an enabling works contract on a scheme over in Tower Hamlets, East London.

They specialise in general construction and heavy refurbishment projects across London & South East England.

The scheme is currently on its enabling works stage but will eventually turn to the build contract which contains a £30m new build school. They seek an experience stand alone Design Manager with previous experience delivering educational projects in London. Ideally they would like the candidate to have Passivhaus experience as this is a key part of the scope of the project.
