Are you a passionate and dedicated teacher looking for flexible work in education? We are currently seeking enthusiastic Primary Supply Teachers to work across a range of schools in Reading.

This role is ideal for teachers who are looking for flexibility, whether that means working a few days a week or securing a more consistent schedule. We currently partner with 50+ schools across the local area, offering opportunities across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and effective lessons in the absence of the regular classroom teacher.

Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.

Adapt quickly to different school settings, year groups, and subjects.

Follow school policies and procedures to maintain high standards of teaching.

Provide feedback to schools when required.

Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

A genuine passion for teaching and supporting pupils' learning.

Flexibility and confidence working in different school environments.

Strong communication and classroom management skills.

Previous teaching experience is beneficial but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
