You'll have the support of a flat structure and hands-on owner involvement, allowing for quick decisions and genuine responsiveness.

The Role:

Lead and manage a solo occupancy home for children with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD)

Ensure high standards of care and compliance with Ofsted regulations

*

Build and support a committed team who share your values

*

Be part of a close-knit leadership team with access to 24/7 operational support

What We're Looking For:

Proven leadership experience in a children's residential care setting

*

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or working towards)

*

Strong knowledge of safeguarding and therapeutic approaches

*

Ambitious Deputy Managers looking to step up will be considered
