Product Analyst | 6-Month FTC (Potential to Go Perm)Hybrid - Leicester (1 day/week)£65,000-£70,000

We're hiring a Product Analyst to join a fast-scaling, investor-backed membership platform with a large and growing professional user base. This is a hands-on role at the centre of a data-led product organisation, with a strong focus on BI, enablement and delivering value quickly.

You'll play a key role in a reporting migration from Tableau to Lightdash, while helping teams build trust in data and move toward genuine self-serve analytics. The role combines a high BAU workload with the chance to shape how data supports product and commercial decisions.

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in product analytics and BI

• Advanced dashboarding and reporting experience (Lightdash, Looker or similar)

• Hands-on use of dbt within a modern data stack

• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks

• Ability to analyse user behaviour, conversion and product performance

• Strong data storytelling and stakeholder communication skills

• Comfortable defining, validating and aligning core product metrics
