Overseeing 2x Projects based in the West Midlands, valued between £5m to £12m in value, reporting into a visiting Managing QS. Supported by an Assistant QS.

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team on a high-profile building project, working under the NEC form of contract. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in cost management, contract administration, and project delivery within the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer NEC contracts and manage project finances

Prepare valuations, cost reports, and final accounts

*

Work closely with the project team to ensure financial control and contractual compliance

Requirements:

Proven experience with NEC contracts ideally. If not, JCT D&B

Main Contracting experience

Excellent communication and negotiation skills
