I am currently working with a growing and well-structured legal team who are looking to appoint Conveyancers into their Manchester office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive environment with clear processes and a strong focus on client service.

The Role

You will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive and compliant conveyancing service within a busy and process-driven team, handling a varied caseload from instruction through to completion.

The role sits within a fast-paced environment, so strong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage workload effectively are key.

Key Responsibilities

Managing a caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions from instruction to completion
Verifying legal titles and identifying any potential title or property issues
Ensuring files are run efficiently with high levels of accuracy and compliance
Maintaining up-to-date task lists and ensuring deadlines are met
Handling stakeholder communication confidently, including more complex or sensitive conversations
Ensuring all regulatory requirements are adhered to, including AML and data protection
Maintaining accurate file records and document management systems
Identifying and escalating any issues where appropriate
Supporting wider team objectives, KPIs, and service delivery

The Candidate

The firm is keen to speak with candidates who have:

Previous experience within residential conveyancing or a conveyancing environment
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Confidence working both independently and within a team
A proactive and positive approach to workDesirable:

Legal qualification (LLB/SQE or equivalent)
Experience using case management systems (e.g. Visual Files or similar)
Exposure to mortgage recoveries or volume conveyancing environments
