Registered Manager - Solo Children's Home (Learning Difficulties)

Location: B32, Birmingham | Salary: Up to £60,000 DOE | Full-Time, Permanent

We are supporting a small, family-focused children's care provider in Birmingham (B32) in their urgent search for an experienced and capable Registered Manager. This is a solo placement home supporting a young person with Learning Difficulties, and the role offers the chance to lead a service with a truly therapeutic, child-centred approach.

You'll be stepping into a home that needs stable, proven leadership following a recent Ofsted inspection and will be supported by an experienced Deputy Manager already in post.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience as a Registered Manager in children's residential care

*

Strong track record of Ofsted compliance and quality care delivery

*

Experience working with children and young people with Learning Difficulties (LD)

*

Ability to create and sustain a family-style, therapeutic environment

*

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)

*

Confident, calm, and emotionally intelligent leadership style

*

Commitment to safeguarding, regulation, and high-quality outcomes

*

Available for an immediate or prompt start
