Anchortex Corporation is looking for the right people to become part of our sales and customer service team. Our fast growing company is a leader in our niche category: selling high quality work and safety clothing, gear, and related equipment to businesses and government agencies across the U.S.
This is an Outbound Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative position. You will be responsible for sales growth and customer retention through outbound account maintenance and prospecting to new and existing accounts.
Your work ethic and your past history of sales success are important, your past job titles are not. Your resume may say Customer Service Rep, Account Manager, Outbound CSR, Inside Sales Representative, Phone Sales Rep, Account Executive, Telesales Professional, or anything else. What we are looking for is talent, drive, and the right attitude.
- Obtain new business through warm and cold calls.
- Actively and consistently make 80-120 dials per day.
- Speak to -- and have quality discussions with -- the right number of “the right people” each day.
- Meet targets for opportunities to Quote and for actual sales Orders.
- Establish and maintain positive long-term customer relations.
- Ensure that all quotes and orders are accurate, and that all notes and documentation are properly updated in a timely manner.
