GBR Recruitment are working exclusively with a general building company, recruiting for an experience Plumber (or a multi-trade Plumber) to work on a sub-contract self employed basis (ongoing) working on various construction projects such as renovations, refurbishments, kitchen & bathroom fit outs, extensions, HMO’s developments, general construction works & more, so no day is the same.

Projects range from £20K - £500K.

Duties:

• New plumbing installations for kitchens & bathrooms, repairs & maintenance of water pipes, drainage & heating systems in residential buildings
• Working on water supply, waste disposal, cutting, shaping & joining pipework
• Dealing with leaks, burst pipes, faulty joints, drainage issues etc.
• General plumbing works

Attributes:

• Time-served experienced professional plumber
• NVQ, C&G, RQF qualified, ideally to level 3
• Self-employed status (Limited, Sole Trader or Umbrella Company)
• Have a van & tools
• Happy to cover a geographical area that is 1 hour from Lincoln, including Lincolnshire & some Nottinghamshire work
• Can work alone or as part of a team
• Some other multi-trade skills would be ideal but not essential
