As a Senior Care Assistant, you will:

Provide high-quality, person-centred palliative and end-of-life care.
Support residents with personal care and emotional reassurance.
Supervise and mentor care staff to maintain best practice.
Liaise with families, GPs, nurses, and palliative care professionals.
Monitor residents' wellbeing and promptly respond to changes.
Uphold dignity, respect, and sensitivity at all times.

The ideal Senior Care Assistant will have:

NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
