We're hiring a Business Development Manager to help drive growth across commercial and domestic projects. You'll work closely with internal teams and clients, developing new business opportunities and supporting the delivery of high-quality, low-carbon heating solutions.

🔧 What You'll Do

Identify and convert new business opportunities

Manage client relationships and project delivery

Work with technical teams to ensure service excellence

Present detailed technical proposals

*

Track sales activity through CRM

✅ What You'll Need

*

2+ years in business development (ideally renewables/heating)

*

5+ years in installations (Gas, HVAC, or Plumbing)

*

Knowledge of Air/Ground Source Heat Pumps

*

Full UK Driving Licence

*

Strong communication and commercial skills
