Warehouse Operative / Telehandler Overview
We are looking for a motivated and dependable Warehouse Operative with telehandler experience to support the day-to-day running of our warehouse. The role will primarily involve standard warehouse duties such as receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching goods, with occasional use of a telehandler to move, load, or unload materials as required.
Warehouse Operative / Telehandler Key Responsibilities

Carry out core warehouse activities including goods-in, order picking, packing, and dispatch.

Safely operate a telehandler when required to move, load, or unload stock and materials.
*
Assist in stock control, including cycle counts and reporting discrepancies.
*
Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised working environment.
*
Follow all company health, safety, and operational procedures.
*
Work closely with colleagues to ensure daily targets and deadlines are met.
*
Support other warehouse functions as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor.
Warehouse Operative / Telehandler Skills & Requirements
*
Previous experience in a warehouse environment essential.
*
Valid telehandler licence/certification (essential).
*
Strong awareness of health and safety practices.
*
Physically fit and capable of handling manual warehouse tasks.
*
Team player with good communication skills
*
Forklift licence (desirable but not essential)
