What the Role Involves:

Delivering pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4 in the absence of teaching staff

Managing behaviour and maintaining a positive classroom environment

Supporting students with their learning and wellbeing throughout the school day

Collaborating with teachers and staff to ensure consistency and progress

Gaining first-hand experience in a secondary school setting

We're Looking For People Who:

Have experience working with young people (in education, coaching, youth work, or similar)

Are confident managing a classroom and promoting engagement

Can communicate clearly and adapt to different situations

Are reliable, proactive, and committed to helping students succeed

Are considering a career in teaching or education
