Venatu Recruitment Group are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their expanding team in Leeds.
The main function of the role is to provide the admin duties of the sales team, including;
* Ensuring all client files are fully compliant with all relevant forms received
* Data entry on to the company CRM
* Assisting in sending out quotations and sales brochures to prospect clients
* Generating leads for the sales team
* Communicating with different departments via e mail communication and over the phone
As well as other general admin office tasks.
The ideal candidate will be computer literate, organised and have a keen eye for detail with strong communication skills.
Applicants from a recruitment background would be of advantage. Full training will be given.
