Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Social Worker for a private client in Northwest London and Stratford.

In this role, you will provide high-quality, trauma-informed case management to support young people with complex needs in achieving safe, independent futures.

Key Duties:

• Deliver comprehensive case management, including assessments, support plans, and outcome tracking.
• Coordinate referrals, move-ins, and placement stability with a focus on progression and value for the Local Authority.
• Ensure safeguarding, statutory compliance, and accurate documentation across all homes.
• Collaborate with multi-agency professionals and provide guidance to on-site teams to support young people effectively.

Qualifications and Experience:

The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience:

• Qualified social worker with current Social Work England registration.
• Experience working with looked after children, care leavers, or young people with complex needs.
• Proven ability to manage caseloads, deliver assessments, and coordinate multi-agency support.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding, statutory responsibilities, and relevant social care legislation.

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
