Job Title: SEND Learning Support Assistant (LSA)

Location: Cambridge
Salary: £14 per hour
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Contract: Temporary, after Easter until the end of the academic year (July)

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and caring Learning Support Assistant to support students with learning difficulties and disabilities in a classroom environment. You'll help students engage with their learning and provide additional support to ensure they can achieve their potential.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support students with learning difficulties and disabilities

* Assist teachers in delivering learning activities

* Help students access the curriculum and participate fully in lessons

* Provide one-to-one or small group support where needed

* Maintain a safe and positive learning environment

Requirements:

* LSA experience preferred but not essential

* GCSE English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above)

* Must hold an enhanced DBS on the update service

* Positive, adaptable, and patient approach to working with students
