Are you a Residential Conveyancer or Property Solicitor with 2 years’ experience looking to join a specialist, high-performing team?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, award-winning National law practice that focuses exclusively on residential conveyancing. With a strong presence across London and the South of England, the firm has built a reputation for delivering a high-quality, efficient service to a broad client base, including high-net-worth individuals and introducers.

You’ll be joining a dynamic and supportive team environment, where your ideas are valued, and your contribution will directly impact the continued success and growth of the business.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
• Handling a full range of transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build properties
• Dealing with leasehold matters, lease extensions, and unregistered land
• Advising on SDLT requirements, including reliefs and exemptions
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and brokers
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members where appropriate
• Contributing to business development and helping grow introducer relationships

About you:

• Ideally 2+ years’ experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload
• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced non-qualified conveyancer
• Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of residential property work
• Proven ability to manage files independently and deliver excellent client service
• Experience developing relationships with introducers is highly desirable
• Confident communicator with strong organisational and time management skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively under pressure
