Job Title: Production Operative
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00
Pay: £11.50

Are you detail-oriented, reliable, and looking for a challenging role in a dynamic manufacturing environment? We are currently seeking an Assembly Operative to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the production of high-quality products while working regular daytime shifts.

Responsibilities:

- Perform assembly tasks following established procedures and guidelines
- Use a variety of equipment to assemble components
- Inspect and test completed assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards
- Identify and report any defects or issues during the assembly process
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimise assembly processes
- Meet production targets and deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality

Requirements:

- Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing is preferred, but not essential as training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Excellent manual dexterity and physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and production demands
- Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation purposes

Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00
