Project Leader/Enablement
Certain Advantage is hiring for a Project Leader/Enablement based in the Broughton area.
This role is on a contract basis and is site-based.

We're working with a Manufacturing business that operates in the Aerospace sector. They design, manufacture and deliver industry-leading commercial aircraft, and a separate Space and Defence division.

The Role:
This role is for a Project Leader/Enablement—someone ambitious and ready to make an impact. You'll be results-oriented and driven to succeed.
You'll be working in a small, experienced, and collaborative team, and be responsible for:

Implementing “new ways of working” and best practices.
Enablement governance framework to ensure future strategy and tool replenishment are planned and actioned with the Plant Capex team.
Support to production areas with the Rate ++ facility.
Daily tool control and process.
LOLER management.
FOD improvement and project management.The Individual
We're looking for people who can show:

Facilitation skills for leading, motivating & enabling the team performance
Ability to negotiate, influence and manage conflicts
