‍♂️ Town Ranger - Eastleigh Town Centre
📍 Location: Eastleigh, Hampshire
💼 Full-Time | Part-Time Considered
💰 Salary: £26,000 per annum (Pro Rata)
📅 Hours: 40 hours per week, including weekend working on a rota basis (alternate long weekends off)

I am recruiting for this exciting opportunity on behalf of my client — a highly engaged organisation at the heart of Eastleigh — looking for a Town Ranger to join their friendly and proactive team.
This is a disciplined service role, ideal for individuals with a background in the military, police, or emergency services, who are confident, approachable, and ready for a hands-on, community-facing position.
No two days are the same — one day you could be assisting with a first aid incident, the next supporting an event or ensuring the town remains clean, safe, and welcoming.

What You'll Be Doing:

Acting as a visible and approachable presence in the town centre
Delivering great customer service to visitors and businesses
Providing first aid assistance when needed
Supporting town centre events
Building relationships with local businesses
Working alongside police and community services
Helping to keep the town centre tidy and well-presentedWhat We're Looking For:

✔ SIA Licence - essential
✔ A confident communicator with a calm, professional manner
✔ Physically fit and happy to work outdoors
✔ Full UK driving licence
✔ Proactive, reliable, and disciplined
✔ Flexible to work weekends on a rota, including alternate long weekends as scheduled
