Are you a detail-driven compliance professional with a passion for keeping people safe? Our client, a leading housing provider, is looking for an experienced Housing Compliance Co-ordinator to support their Asset and Health & Safety team.
This is a fantastic fully-remote opportunity to make an impact by ensuring vital safety standards are met across thousands of homes.
What You’ll Be Doing- Keeping compliance data up to date across housing systems
- Preparing accurate reports and tracking planned and remedial works
- Working closely with contractors and internal teams to ensure regulatory compliance
- Supporting contract admin, including raising POs and processing invoices
- Assisting with key compliance meetings—minute taking, action logging and follow-ups
What We’re Looking For- Experience in compliance within housing, property maintenance, or a similar field
- Excellent IT and data management skills (Excel + housing databases)
- Ability to prioritise, stay organised, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
