Contract Support Manager

Hunters 4 Staff are recruiting for an experienced Contract Support Manager in the cleaning sector to lead a team and generate a working relationship with the client.

The Role

You will be responsible, but not limited to, the following:

* To develop and maintain a professional and proactive business relationship with all levels of client's representatives, promoting the Company and development of services.

* Undertake all customer queries and complaints are recorded and dealt with in a timely and effective manner and that the client is kept fully informed of any action taken.

* Review the running of contracts to identify ways in which productivity can be improved whilst maintaining cleaning standards under the guidance of the Account Manager.

* Provide leadership, direction & support to the employees.

* Ensure all employees are appropriately inducted, trained and developed. This responsibility includes identification of training needs, recommending training programmes, monitoring, and evaluating the effect of the training.

* Recruitment of the highest possible calibre of staff to fill vacancies to ensure a full compliment of staff.

* Plan and allocate the work to ensure effective use of staff and equipment.

* Issue monthly contractual invoices and forward to the relevant clients ensuring that any variations to the contract have been documented on the invoice and the total has been adjusted before issuing.

* Ensure all site-based equipment is in good working order and / or arrange for repairs or replacements.

Pay

£28,000 per annum

Hours

Monday - Friday - flexibility required as could be a start from 6/7.00 am
