Description
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end payroll process to ensure accurate and timely payments.
- Ensure compliance with relevant payroll regulations and company policies.
- Maintain and update payroll systems with employee data and salary changes.
- Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance department to support financial reporting requirements.
- Respond to payroll-related queries from employees and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare and submit statutory filings, including tax and pension contributions.
- Support audits by providing required payroll documentation and reports.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in payroll operations.
Profile
A successful Payroll Supervisor should have:
- Proven experience in payroll processing within a professional environment.
- Knowledge of payroll software and systems, with the ability to troubleshoot issues.
