You will be part of a tight-knit, high-performing Building Surveying team delivering commercially focused work across the UK, with direct access to senior decision-makers from day one.

What you’ll be doing

• Delivering a full range of commercial building surveying services

• Leading on dilapidations, pre-acquisition surveys and schedules of condition

• Managing projects including fit-outs, refurbishments and rebranding schemes

• Acting as a key point of contact for national and regional clients

• Advising on lease matters, exit strategies and building compliance

What we’re looking for

• Commercial Building Surveyor from a consultancy background

• Chartered or actively working towards MRICS

• Strong experience across professional services and or project delivery

• Confident, client-facing and commercially aware

• Someone who enjoys autonomy and taking ownership of their work
