Local family owned, construction company looking for someone with excellent customer service skills who likes to work in a fun, fast paced environment. Performs administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors. Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets, and filing. Extensive software skills are required, as well as Internet research abilities and strong communication skills. We will provide on the job training.
Computer skills are a MUST! Needs to be proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Quickbooks.
