The Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons

Work with small groups and individual pupils to reinforce learning

Provide additional support to students with varying abilities

Assist with classroom preparation and behaviour management

Help create a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment

The Ideal Candidate:

Experience working with children (school-based experience desirable but not essential)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Patient, proactive, and adaptable approach

A genuine passion for supporting young learners

Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2 or Level 3 TA) are advantageous
